Leadership Team

Farid Al Sabbagh

Founder & Managing Partner

An experienced information technology professional and business development expert, Farid Al-Sabbagh is the Founder and the Managing Partner of MDX Solutions Middle East since founding the Company in 2019.

With two decades of experience in the ICT sector, he is currently responsible for driving overall management and operations of the company across the region, and in strengthening all-round business efficiency and productivity. Focused on driving the regional growth of Fujitsu, he helps build customer and channel partner relationships.

Ibodullo (Ibo) Ganiev

Head of Finance

A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Ibo holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Controlling and a Masters in Strategic Finance from the University of Deggendorf in Germany. He has worked for the Fujitsu entities in Europe, Middle East (ME) and Africa. Having worked in the Finance, Accounting and Audit departments, Ibo knows the nerve of the world of Finance. 

The myriad of experience that he has had with IBM, Siemens and Fujitsu Europe, Ibo brings to the table a bouquet of Finance Service offerings and solutions that will ensure quality financial administration and compliance.

Amr Abdelsamad

Managing Director

An alumn of Alexandria University, Egypt, Amr has worked across Middle East and Levant and is a polyglot, a team-worker, a learner and result driven associate. He brings in more than two-decades of exposure in diverse organizations and he is known for his ability to lead sales and business development teams towards KPIs.  Having been the Channel Director at Fujitsu ME, Pakistan and Malta, Amr has implemented core channel development strategies for channel partners across the region.

He has managed large accounts and wins throughout region which makes him a leader in the sphere of channel management. 

Mohamed Eid

Country Manager, KSA

We call him, the doyen of Business Development. With 27 years of exceptional experience in the domain of Strategic Sales, Account Management, and Business Development, Mohamed Eid brings to the table qualitative Leadership and Training Skills.  New Market Evolution & Development and High-Tech Sales is his métier.

Eid has been instrumental in providing ICT Solutions and Services across the Middle East by engaging associates and processes that support long-term business development and partnerships.  Eid carries on him the indelible track record of IT services across the region and has launched various new product and solution offerings and services. His people connect sets him on a high note and the ability to bring them together to execute processes is worth noting.

Hussein Shehab

Head of Sales Egypt NWA

Visionary leader bringing over 25 years of experience in establishing operational optimization across diverse industries in both national and international operations.

Recognized for talents in strategy development and providing corporate vision.

Converts strategic plans into tactical reality through guiding companies in establishing themselves as viable business.

Devises and implements new programs and initiates successful processes to produce new product with maximum revenue.

John Stadden

Director of Pre-sales

John Stadden is a 20-year veteran in the Middle East spending many years based in Kuwait, Bahrain and the United Arab Emirates. He is a senior Fujitsu portfolio subject matter expert who now leads the MDX Solutions Middle East presales team.
John has spent time in the Fujitsu EMEA Center of Competence and Business Development team supporting the Fujitsu Mission Critical portfolio, working with Product Management, Engineering and EMEA Sales teams as well as supporting the Middle East Sales Team in the Enterprise sector.
Previously, John worked in the UK and across the Middle East for IBM, EMC and Sun Microsystems working with enterprise customers and has additional deep experience working with IBM pSeries, Sun SPARC and EMC/NetApp infrastructure solutions.

Mahmoud Shihadeh

Head of Digital Transformation Services

Mahmoud Shihadeh is known in his circles as one who has exceptional leadership skills and a go getter. He is a PMI Certified professional with an MBA from the elite Essex University and has more than two decades of experience in IT solutions. He has a proven track record of working and delivering in challenging environments where he has combined his strengths, that of his strategy and experience to noteworthy solutions in cloud-based environments, managed services, Smart Cities, IoT, AI and IT outsourcing. Mr. Mahmoud has managed Insightful Leadership at the Strategic Business Units (SBU) and Enterprise levels and ensured strategic decision-making processes are in place. A keen negotiator, he always ensures a ‘win-win’ for all stakeholders, while implementing a solution.

Zia Syed

Head of Product Services

He is considered a veteran in the IT canvas. Zia has held strategic positions in the domain of Software Development, Services Delivery, Innovation and Operations. His expertise in change management, lean processes and impeccable managerial skills help him drive positive financial indicators for our clients.

Having Graduated in Electronics and Communications from a reputed Engineering College, Zia is known to be a trendsetter, a Collaborative Leader, with an ability to influence and engage the teams that he has managed in the functional areas of Services Delivery and Pre-Sales.  He is an innovator and a thinker, who with the deepest sense of commitment to the cause and the skill of communication is able to bring multiple stakeholders on a platform and ensure strategic business objectives are met with élan. His panache for bottom-line profit targets is outstanding.

Ann Sequeira

Head of Logistics

Ann is heading the logistics department , she oversees the entire ordering and processing cycle which enhances business development and ensures sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Ann has completed her education from Mumbai University, in Bachelor of Arts. And thereafter started her career with DHL Worldwide Express.

Ann has over 17 years of professional experience in Order Processing and Logistics working with DHL and Fujitsu .
